She furnished my daughter and son-in-law with glowing profit and loss statements on her flagship Kazoo Toys store and then sold them her first Kazoo franchise. Shortly thereafter, she closed the flagship store. Caution is warranted if she is still involved in any way. If she's not involved, it's probably now an OK retailer."

"I purchased through them only to receive an additional bill for the shipping once I had received the toy. This shipping amount wasn't brought to my attention during the purchase procedures. The shipping was $62 when the product itself was $90. I didn't know they could charge you credit card after an approved purchase without your authorization. They told me their shipping policy was somewhere on the site, my issue is that it wasn't anywere near the sales cart or in the checkout procedures. This company is borderline fraud when it comes to shipping. Worst purchasing experience ever in my years of buying online. I hope this never happens to me again."

"I placed an order for an item that was listed as being in stock and my credit card was charged immediately. When I did not get a UPS tracking number within 5 days, I called Kazoo Toys and was told that my item was out of stock. They never contacted me about this situation. Plus, the item is still listed as being in stock on their web site. This is the worst treatment I have ever received from an online merchant. "
