"Buyer beware ordered on jan 30th recieved an email the next day saying out of stock expected on feb 8th so i waited around the 6th it came back in stock mine never shipped i called numerous times and sent 7 customer service inquires with no answer i also emailed customer service 4 times asking when mine would ship and it never has i am now disputing the transaction through visa to get my money back because they charged my card on the 30th even though it was out of stock do not purchase anything from this place unless you want to hassel with trying to get your money back not worth the risk "

"Buyer Beware. Either a gang of terrorists have held the entire company hostage for two weeks or they don't care about their customers (at least me).

I ordered Dragon Naturally Speaking software for about $10 below the average cost two weeks ago. The software still has not shipped. Several days ago I submitted a ticket to ask about why it had not shipped yet. They never responded to that ticket. I called today to see what was going on, and I received a voicemail message saying that "due to extremely heavy call volume" (probably everyone cancelling their orders) they could not answer the phone and that we should call later. They said I could not leave a message.

Today I entered a new ticket telling them to cancel the order. I wonder if they will even read it. There were no notes entered into the last ticket I created.

Received an e-mail the next day stating their "distributor has temporarily shut their warehouse and is not shipping at this time" and my order had been canceled. What's the point of showing an item status (in stock) if it's not correct? Waste of my time."

"I was a little worried about ordering from Keenzo because they had the cheapest price I could find on the web and I had never heard from them before. I was "stung" last year by a crook running a web business out of Shanghai selling knock off products. However, the product I got was authentic and in great shape. The got me a ups tracking number a few days after my order (xmass eve) and it arrived on time. I was pleased with all aspects of this transaction and would happpily do business with them again. "

"THIS OCCURRED April 2009 (Still no response from Keenzo):
Delivered my order just fine, but then 2 weeks later Keenzo informed me my Debit Card info had been stolen from their systems. They offered a one-year subscription to a fraud watch program "at a substantial discount" AT MY COST! I emailed several times asking how they have the nerve to CHARGE ME for such a service when THEY had screwed up - NO REPLIES AT ALL! How can Keenzo say they are "Hacker Safe" on their site when my experience is PROOF they are not SAFE? They should have offered to cover the cost of fraud watch and any fees associated with any losses on my part. Making a customer pay for a major information leak is crazy. AVOID Keenzo like the plague!"
