"(5/6) I ordered Cables To Go V-Play, VGA To Component Video Converter, model# 40381.(5/15) Item was shipped out.(5/19) I received 2009 Acura TSX Black WeatherTech Cargo Liner, model# 40381.(5/21) Called customer service telling them that I received wrong item and was given RMA ticket.(5/27) Still waiting for approval of return and exchange.

I give them credit for matching the model number of the items, but how could they mix up the items. If they would just check the brand, item description, and model number, I wouldn't be in this mess. The warehouse staff must be poorly trained or incompetent. Took them a long time to ship out product and to resolve issue. I would not order products from Keenzo ever again.

Update 6/3: RMA finally approved.

"Their price was very low, but then they didn't ship my order for over two weeks. I sent them an email asking where my order was, and if they were ever going to ship it, and they immediately wrote back to say that my items were on backorder. They shipped my order immediately after that. They should have told me the order was backordered in the first place, so that I could have gotten it from somewhere else instead of having to wait for so long. I am even suspicious about whether the items were backordered at all, since they shipped them as soon as I asked them about it."

"Much lower price than anyone else, and same day shipping, for four bottles of 32 oz UV protectant. I'd never heard of Keenzo before, but now they are first on my list, of where to check for products.

They showed up on a Google Shopping search, but didn't show up in an other of my usual shopping bot searches. I'm glad I found them, and plan on doing business with them again. Low prices, and fast shipping count for a lot.

"I had a fantastic experience with Keenzo. I ordered the product on a Sunday afternoon and it came on a Thursday. The shipping was quick although they are based in New Jersey and I live in the Midwest. The product came with lots of padding so there was no damage in any way. If I ever need more parts, I'll definitely go to Keenzo first."

"I guess I am still concerned about my recent purchase. The page of the item did not say that the transducer was NOT included in the Fishfinder that I purchased, so I thought the item would be ready to use. I found the item though froogle.com (which I love) and it said that the transducer was included. As a novice user, I wasn’t even sure that the transducer would not be included, as I thought it would be ready to put on the boat. I have since found out other sites list that the transducer is not included in this particular unit … Why would Keenzo be so deceptive? They have since updated their froogle link, so I know they are aware of it, but only offer for me to send the item back (to pay additional shipping) and then rebuy the different item (to again pay for shipping). No Thanks – I will take my business elsewhere. Buyer Beware!"

"Great price for a great product. It was a 120mm antec tricool case fan that fits inside of a mailbox and they shipped it appropriately via USPS so i didn't have to wait for delivery guy. They seem to be top notch with their customer appreciation. I will shop there again if i ever need anything that they have."

"I ordered 2 laptop bags and they came in with another company's logo on them. This was not clearly indicated on the website. They want to charge a 15% restocking fee. If a product has been customized for another company it should be clearly stated in the MAIN description and picture. Don't buy from them!"

"Stumbled on these reviews after being shipped the wrong item from Keenzo and was wary but called customer service, received CHEERFUL, CONCERNED and QUICK help. The distributor had confused the item numbers since the item I wanted was out of stock, but my return was quickly approved, I shipped the item back to them and as it turned out the item I wanted was back in stock so they offered me either full refund for my time or would put in order for the correct item. I chose the item and it is on its way. I would definitely order from this company again. They care and respond quickly in the case of any error. I've never reviewed anything before but was so impressed with the service I received--especially compared to what's written here..."

"This has been the worst transaction I have ever made on-line. I ordered 50 items and only received 5. After dozens of attempts to contact Keenzo to resolve the matter by phone, fax, e-mail, their web site support and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I have never received any contact from them. Just today, May 12, 2009 (nearly 5 full months after my original transaction), my issue has finally been resolved by my credit card company who assisted me with the charge-back. However, the charge-back was the only thing Keenzo ever replied to and then they flat out lied about the transaction, something my credit card company was able to investigate support my claim to their fraudulent activity. I have always been in favor of Keenzo contacting me back to resolve this issue, but they simply do not care. To top it off, I received a letter from Keenzo several weeks ago letting me know that my credit card information had been stolen from them as they had not maintained those numbers securely. BEWARE of this crappy business. If they steal from you, don't be surprised. I do have proof of all the statements I have made. *** EDIT *** I have continued to try to contact Keenzo occassionally and have still been unsuccessful. However, they have a note on my account that says "fraud". How awful!"

"I placed an order with Keenzo on Sunday and on Tuesday I looked at my order detail and found the item was still being processed in the warehouse. Being a little concerned I started reading some of the customer reviews (a little late I know, but I did take a quick look at their overall rating before I ordered and it was good enough)and became worried with all the "paid but never received" reviews. I ended up receiving my total order on Thursday, so I am happy with the way everthing ended up. In this instance I am 100% happy with the company, but as a recommendation it is good practice to maintain an updated order status for your customers."

"I like the prices and free shipping. The products are quality products. I ordered on a Friday and checked my order status on Monday. On Monday it did not say that it had shipped, but the check on Tuesday revealed that it had shipped on Monday. My order arrived early Wednesday. Depending on the day you order you can certainly get your order in the same week. I'm totally happy and I recommend Keenzo to others."

"I had placed an order on 12/30/08 for a new Tablet Pen, which was to be a gift for a good friend. For awhile my friend had never received his gift so I went back to the site for help.

The status of my purchase was "Pending" but there was a tracking number. I checked the UPS tracking number on several of occasion but turned up invalid every time. I opened up trouble tickets with the site but never once received a response. I called the listed phone number and never got an answer.

On 2/09/09 I was charged for the price of the Tablet Pen that my friend still did not received, nor did receive in later weeks. I checked over my card statements for the past months and luckily found no fraud/additional charges. To this day I still have not receive any customer support by email, trouble ticket, or phone in response to my purchase without product.

"I ordered several items from Keenzo.com and received them promptly. The Keenzo website is easy navigate and they have a huge variety of products from electronics and computer accessories to outdoors and camping. Their prices are absolutely the lowest I have found.
