"It seems to be happening more frequently that calls I mak are not connecting, going to a dead linem and then I am being charged for 1 minute each time, since I am calling Belarus and the rate is a bit higher than other places so this costs me about 27 cents per occasion. For each $20 airtime purchase I make I am loosing between 3-5 dollars due to these non-connecting calls, over the last year I have probably been charged about $30-40 in airtime for calls that did not go through. If you have access to my records other than this one purchase you may see the number of 1 minute phone calls I was billed for, since my wife does not have voicemail these were mostly all calls which never connected."
