"The best service I ever seen, especially calling cell phone in Italy . When calling use the local access number whenever possible, try to avoid wifi or data unless you have a super connection. Their rewards points are the best, I am referring as many friends as I can. The only draw back I see is the auto recharge. The threshold is $5.00 (too high). It should be at about $1.00. Good work. "I am happy with the fact that I don't have to enter PIN every time I make a call; and the app makes it very easy. The call is very clear and you don't lose unused minutes/money unnecessarily.

"Almost everything was right, except the webcall interface. It's the same issue for at least 2 years, as some browsers don't have installed the proper plugins to do the job. I use Linux from time to time and flash plugins don't work all the time. A more flexible approach would be more productive. A short submenu with different technologies could be more proficient. Most distributions have HTML5 integrated, therefore no need for Adobe flash.
Anything else's just good and fit the bill and the communication means. Especially the rates."

"I have lost about 20 minutes of of my $10 U.S. phone card. The calls never connected. I had to keep dialing and so many times no connection but each time I'd lose another 2 minutes. I will be calling Keep Calling.com to make a formal complaint. I would like to have those minutes back. "
