"Keeps Forever seems to be runninga scam. I ordered some "patriot" jab cards & got taken. They automatically signed me up for some "membership," & I caught the $14.99 charges 7 months later. Well, I pushed back enough that they refunded me 5 of the 7 months of charges. They're not patriots, they're scam artist!"
"I would give 0 stars if it would allow foe that. The company charges a monthly subscription automatically if you purchase an item from them. I noticed this right away and contacted them to cancel, which they said they did. I received the product yesterday and it is missing an item, also it comes with no instructions, of course. The product is subpar and does not work. I contacted them on how to return and they said opened product cannot be returned for a refund. So, obviously, they are well aware that they ship inferior quality items and refuse to stand behind their products. I literally took it out of its packaging and determined it wasn't worth the $34 I paid for it within an hour. But now I'm stuck with it. Also, correspondence is horrible. No live person, just a voicemal. And they only send emails to reply. Lesson learned and hope I save the next person from doing any kind of business with this horrible company. Keeps forever name is there funny/slap in the face way of letting you know you just got scammed. Wow!"

"i don't remember ordering anything from them, but a $12.99 charge appeared on my bank statement. i called the number attached, and got a voicemail telling me to leave my name, phone number, and order number. like i said, i don't even recall ordering anything from them. i left my name and phone number with a request that my money be refunded, never got a reply. o'm going to the bank to file a complaint."
"Saw an ad about an ebook claiming to tell the truth about QAnon for $1; sure, I thought, I'd like to know the real truth, so I ordered. What I received was a $15 a month subscription for expensive products that I wouldn't consider purchasing. Nothing but pure clickbait. Oh, and the ebook? Anti-women, Anti-Trump, Anti-conspiracy, Anti-American 100%. I've deleted it and now waiting for confirmation that they have cancelled their faux subscription. My BBB report is waiting, too."
"I, too noticed $14.99 charges on my credit card. I do not recall ordering anything from this company. I have never received emails either. When I googled the business, the terms say that by ordering anything from them you automatically agree to becoming a member & paying a monthly fee of $14.99! I would never had agreed to doing so. I looked at their products, and I would never purchase anything from them."
"I purchased an item from this retailer, and received it with no problems. A pleasant experience actually. I used a credit card that I rarely use, and didn't realize until two months later that they had billed me two consecutive months after my purchase for a premium subscription... huh? Once I realized what the charges of $14.99 were, I proceeded to contact them and ask why I was being charged. It took them about 36 hours to respond in the middle of the week to tell me that I should check my account, and that the subscription gets me access to items not available to the general public. So I decided to check my account, and lo and behold, there was no record of my email address. The receipt from my initial purchase barely mentioned the "keeps forever platinum"... The receipt listed the item I purchased, and then had a comma and then "keeps forever platinum". There was no disclosure of any subsequent charges after my initial purchase. Very, very dishonest. The correspondance with their "customer support" was also horrendous. At no point did they apoligize. I did eventually get an email that my platinum subscription was canceled, but that was after I disputed the charges with my credit card company. My credit card company happily refunded me the money.
Avoid this business at all costs!"
