"Absolutely the worst compay I have ever dealt with. They won't send your merchandise, they refuse to refund your money, they refuse to respond to e-mails, they refuse to respond to telephone calls and they refuse to respond to the Maryland State Atorney Generals Office of Consumer Protection. This company is nothig more than a scam. It's been over a year and I still haven't received my merchandise or a refund. THIS IS A DISHOEST ORGANIZATION."

When you try to call them by phone, their answering machine tells you to leave a message, but then you're told that their voicemail inbox is full. I am going to have to go through my credit card company to cancel the order that I placed with them. Stay far, far away from this company!"
"I am extremely disappointed with their service. I have called both of the listed numbers many times each to check on the status of my order. I even have their phone number set up on my speed dial at work! I usually get an answering machine, and each time I that I have left a message. I have never have received a return call. Many times I have phoned and the message box has been full, so I could not leave a message. I never have heard from a human being.
I have sent e-mails through the web site at “www.kelgory.com” to no-avail. I have faxed letters and mailed a letter to the company. I have not gotten even one response from the company to date. No coins were ever deliverd.
I have had to file a dispute with the credit card companay to try to get my money back.
Stay away from this place!

"I ordered a 1959 proof set from this company on February 11th. When the order had not come and I had not been notified why, I tried to contact them by phone. I was told to leave a message. I tried to call a couple of days later and the message bin was full. I contacted them by email and they "autoresponded" that a "human" would contact me in a couple of days. This did not happen and I still did not have my merchandise. I emailed twice more and there was no response whatsover. I emailed for them to cancel the order. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card because they had charged my account and had not sent the merchandise."
