Shipped out two incorrect SKUs for over $2000 of merchandise

"Ordered two KH 120 Mk 2s from these guys in white, got both in anthracite. Very hard to reach them, and they're not registered as a business in the state they operate in. Escalating to Amazon and may have to work with my card provider and/or small claims court. Just avoid, there's more reliable operators with proven history and brick and mortar presence (Adorama, B&H, etc.)"

"We bought something from this store's eBay store and they sent a damaged item. When contacted, they ignored us until we left negative feedback. Then they issued us a partial refund but only because we had left negative feedback and they wanted us to remove that. Very poor service all the way around. "
