However, I have a real issue with a special on the website that wasn't credited to me.
If I purchased a certain detector I was to receive a $50 KellyCo gift certificate. I entered the promo code and got a message that $50 for the certificate would be credited upon checkout.
As you can guess, it wasn't credited and my card was charged the extra $50.
I had to call customer service twice to straighten it out and I received a new invoice with the $50 taken off.
BUT, when I received my shipment there was no sign or mention of the $50 gift certificate.
So back to the phones I went. After not getting through for some time I got annoyed, hung-up, and decided all the aggravation wasn't worth the 50 bucks.

"Sold me a coil that they knew they didn't have. I called with a question about a detector. The TSR said it had notch discrimination I was reading the manual while talking to her and it said that it didn't. She strongly assured me it did! I bought that detector and it doesn't have notch discrimination! Their TSRs will tell you anything to make a sale. Kellyco is the worst of the worst and should be ashamed of the way they conduct business. "
