"The magnifying glass arrived but it doesn't seem to magnify the 4x as advertised. Was slightly disappointed with the quality of the glass but I was totally impressed with their response to my disappointment. Offered to take it back, refund shipping and the original cost. They seemed truly concerned about our satisfaction which was refreshing for a mail order purchase. I will buy from this company again.
