"After 1 hr. usage, unit literally fell apart, and now I have to wait to get a new one while broken one ships, then new one ships. As soon as I said it fell apart, not the only customer report, they should at least fire me off a unit ASAP, within a couple of days. This wasn't my fault and I get penlized by not having a unit. We're talking a couple of weeks. Rather than wait, I should have of gotten a refund and bought one somewhere else ....... 1/2 the wait!"
