"I love your store and your service but when I made my most recent purchase of an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner, cleaning solution and a new pair of Garrett headphones, I was not informed that the headphones were on backorder and when my order arrived the headphones were missing. I had to call and find out what happened to them and because the e-mail and shipping order said they had shipped there was a little confusion. The nice lady, I believe her name was Ivana, who answered my call was very helpful and after about 5 minutes got all the confusion cleared up and had my headphones on the way shortly thereafter. I'll still order my detecting supplies through Kellyco but please keep me and others informed if there are any hiccups with our orders.
