"Awful experience this time around. I have shopped through kellyco a number of times but this time was just awful. I bought a demo model detector that was supposed to come with free head phones. When I was checking out, it asked which headphones I would like. I picked a pair and it charged me for them. I emailed Kellyco about that and no response. When the detector came, it did not work. The gentleman I first spoke with told me I probably didn't know how to turn it on which upset me as I know it wasn't working. Then I told him it didn't even have a forearm strap which he told me it doesn't come with! I asked about returning the item and he told me I had to pay for the return shipping on a broken item. Finally they agreed to give me a call tag from FedEx- they scanned it to me and when I printed it Fedex couldn't take it due to it being to light from being scanned to me. Finally someone helped me to have Fedex pick up the item at my residence. Kellyco they gave me a refund MINUS the shipping which isn't right. I'm done with Kellyco. This left a horrible taste in my mouth with the way they handled all of this. Never again will I buy from them. "
