"My first dealings with Kellyco was great. Received product within 10 days of ordering. This time we ordered, received the sales order and shipping date. Two weeks after this I contacted Kellyco to check where the shipping was up to. I was told that I had not paid therefore it had not been shipped. I then provided Kellyco with the details of the paypal transaction. I was then told that the order was being shipped and the delay was due to their procedure. 3 days ago I received notice it was going out on their next shipment - whenever that is. I'm still yet to receive anything and am hoping it arrives prior to Xmas seeing as it is a gift."
