"I ordered a white's search coil, 3 days later I received an email saying unfortunately it was out of stock and they would try to get it in and delivered a.s.a.p. after a week and still no email, I called customer service they said it should be coming in this week, another week later still no email I called again and they told me the same thing, another week passed and same thing. A month later after placing the order I still had not received an email or the coil, I called customer service and guess what they told me the same thing that it should be coming in this week, well I decided to cancel my order, which I did, the rep. told me to call back later in the week and maybe they would be in, I did and still no coils. I have only had one other experience with Kellyco and everything went fine, maybe it's because the coil comes from another country? I don't know but having an update on their website that they are out would have been nice or maybe when I spoke to the rep. to cancel the order he could have offered free shipping( which was only $8) I am not sure if I will order from Kellyco again."

"I ordered 2 metal detectors, same model. The first box I received one metal detector, not the correct brand. Had to have it picked up, after quite some time on the phone with them ( very pleasant person)...the next day, I received the two metal detectors that I had ordered. 3 or 4 days later, I received 2 more metal detectors of the kind I ordered, and had to spend some time on the phone asking that they be picked up ( at their expense) as they were duplicates. I started to wonder what controls are made in the shipping department, and how many orders they lose, or duplicate, and people may not send the duplicates back to them. The shipping department obviously needs overhauling, and have some checks and balances. Since the detectors are for gifts, I can't yet report on their capabilities. I sure hope they work well, as other responders have recommended that item."
