"We ordered two machnines. One was a buy one get one that was over $100.00, but when we paid, we were charged for shipping for the second machine. No explanation about this on the website.
Tried talking to a salesperson and they knew nothing.
We also put in the code to get our free pin pointer. Which we did not receive.
After receiving our order we called about the pinpointer and the shipping. It was eventually straightened out but was very confusing and upsetting overall. We are very happy with the product and the overall outcome.
We would have to caution friends about the hassels before we would recommend Kellyco online."

Ordered and there was no mention on website that it was temporarily out of stock and didn't find this out until my order was confirmed...
Customer service was nice enough to reply to my email the first time about its status, but ignored my second one when item still had not been mailed out after I was given a time to expect it to be...
Item did eventually arrive after a wait that wasnt too excruciating, but enough to make me squirm a bit...
Item is a remarkable piece and I was disappointed in it or the price I got it for...
Would consider doing business again as long as its not something I need urgently..."
