"The merchandise was all excellent and present when the package arrived. You were out of stock on the detector I ordered and I was not informed of that until a few days AFTER I paid for the item (I was not given a choice to order or not with that information) I then had to send an email a few days after that asking if there was a release date on the detector. I feel this should have been done at the time I was told it was not available (eg "The detector you ordered is currently out of stock. We are expecting this item to be available on ...)
On the plus side, my email was answered with the info I requested."

"The only reason I am somewhat satisfied was I found your webb site to order confusing. I was absoulutely positive I selected the option #2 when ordering. This would have given me the better carrying case, the gator digger, the nicer back pack and other needed items. Instead it came as option one, and I had to order the gator digger and the sifter scoop at additional cost, and still did not receive the other items in option 2. I explained this to the operator but she said there was nothing she could do and it would cost $4.00 more for shipping."
