"I was very unhappy with the customer service dept as well as the sales rep. these are supposed to be professionals but they really seemed like rude and ignorant children to me. I will never order from KellyCo again and beware those who do... they don't communicate with there customers well. I had to call them myself and email at least 5-6 times a day just to get a response and when I finally did get to order the coil I wanted it was back ordered 3 1/2 weeks although they sent a confirmation of order w/ an expected ship date of the next day and they never sent any notifications that it was back ordered. I had to email and call again numerous times until I was able to FINALLY order a compatible coil which I had a rush delivery put on and made my payment thru PayPal and after telling the rep numerous times how important it was to me to get the coil in time for my boyfriends bday and attempting to confirm the order on a Friday ....the Wednesday that it was to arrive the sales rep finally answered my daily emails and informed me there had been a miscommunication with the ordering depth and my payment had expired and could I make it again?! wtf!? umm no. and I will never do business with those fools again.
