It was set up in 5 min and within an hour I had a unique find. A full coyote skeleton with a 12 ga sabot slug stuck in it. lol. The free plastic shovels both broke the first day. Wouldn't count on them. Order something better. KellyCo is a great company. 5 stars."

"I didn't like the fact that the kellyco website does not show whether or not an item is in stock. That issue caused me some delay and a bit of confusion. Luckily, the customer support team was very helpful in fixing my problem. Overall, I am satisfied. The website needs to display the inventory, or tell whether or not an item is in stock before I buy from kellyco again. Although I am happy with my product, and it arrived in good condition, I refuse to be put on another back-order list. I'm sure the actual retail store is very nice ( in Florida), but when having to wait for an item to ship across country, you might try supporting your local hobby shop instead..."

The only issue I had was one of the items I ordered for my childs birthday was out of stock and instead of substituting another one to make up for their lack of stock they made me pay another $40.00 to upgrade to one they did have in stock. How was that my falt? In my opinion they should have handled their problem without it affecting my bottom line."
