"This is my very first experience with any metal detector. I am still trying to get used to the fine tuning, but with a great deal of rich iron ore in the soil, I find it difficult to use here. My first job was to locate 4 corner markers on our land, and so far, I have found three. Those were fairly easy with the detector. The fourth is very near a telephone connection box, so adjusting the sensitivity is a real problem for a novice. I haven't been 'treasure hunting' just yet, but I look forward to that activity very soon. Over all, I am very pleased. The instructions are very simple, the device marked where even a child of 8 or 10 could easily understand their use. My greatest concern is the overall balance. It seems it might have been easier to operate is some of the weight had been placed above the shoulder. I am nearing 71 years of age, and even the very light weight can be very tiring on my shoulder. (I suffer from a torn rotator cuff.) Over all, a solid 4 stars."

"Well This was not my first metal detector from kellyco but it is my Last. The person on the phone that I spoke with was not helpful at all and my box came smashed and the contents were smashed, the pinpointer is a cheap piece of crap and doesn't work right (probably from the careless packing. I had told many others over the years to buy from kellyco and know think that it was a mistake."
