"FedEx delivery did not allow me to have the package held for pick-up. I had to arrange for a time to be home or take a day off from work. The shipper set up the delivery this way with FedEx.
A warranty card was not included with my detector. I had to call to request one sent to me.
I would suggest you revise your shipping options to allow for customers to have their packages held for pick-up and I find it curious why something as common as a warranty card could be excluded. This gives me the the impression that the operation is not very professional. Since this is my first experience with metal detecting now I'm wondering if my purchase was a wise one."

"We were sold a metal detector, the website said it was limited stock. Which led us to believe that it would still be shipped as soon as we purchased it, when in fact it was on back order. It's only saving grace was that in a few days it shipped out . We are not impressed with the "free items" as they are of poor quality. The metal detector itself is OK quality and I'm not even sure if it works properly as we are new to metal detecting. "
