"Packages include too much junk. Cheap diggers, weak pouches and other things you just dont need. A lesch as well a nice pair of mechanics gloves would have made my day. Instead I threw all their "great" free accessories in the trash. Nothing against Kellyco but a company that size should be able to toss in some quality usable accessories."

"When shopping online or in brick and mortar stores, customers like me expect the product to be in stock or if it isn't, communicate that it isn't before an order is made. The product I ordered apparently was backordered and I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew that. In fact the expected shipping/receiving dates came and went without any notice that the product was going to be delayed due to backorder. I had to contact customer service 2 or maybe 3 times via email then phone to get a simple response, much less the answer about what was going on. Sending the product 2 day after it came in didn't remove the bad taste from my mouth regarding the lack of communication. On top of everything else, I think the product is possibly malfunctioning but before I make a claim I need to go back to the manual and see if I can troubleshoot myself. Not sure about when I'll return for future shopping."
