I never write reviews but I will say this was an amazing rug. It was 50% off and came in 2 days. It was heavy to carry up to my apartment, you'll need help but it was great quality.

"I purchased the storm purple shag rug off of the summer sale page . I was introduced to it via ebay. I visited kenkarugstoronto. website to order. I received my purchase very quickly I must say and the quality of the rug is Great. However the colors are Not what I thought I was ordering. They are Not the colors on the websites that I viewed. The rug is more like the colors of what I see here on the Yelp site. I am Very Disappointed . I contacted them within 5=10 minutes of receiving my rug. They emailed me back saying The photo was taken from the actual rug and that do to different monitor settings the colors may appear different. Well when someone is purchasing a rug or whatever online Colors are Very Important and should present it's true colors or State that on your website. Now I must pay upwards of $60.00 to ship it back as it is Not what I ordered. I will be filing a complaint with the Ontario Better Business Bureau as I feel this is their error and should be corrected. Either post the true Colors or state Their issues with the photos and monitors. Buyer Beware. . All I wanted is the rug I fell in Love with. Very Very Disappointed.
