"I ordered an air pump and when it arrived it was making a horrible noise like something got knocked around in shipping. I called 5+ times and never did they answer or even call back after my voicemails. I emailed them twice and never heard back. I had to buy a new pump elsewhere. I was under the impression that this was a good website, but apparently I was wrong."

"Ordered 2 sponge filters. They were removed from original boxes and shipped. Arrived damaged. Many messages sent and luckily for me I paid through Paypal. After several weeks of no replies I filed a dispute, I sent more messages along with PayPal and he never responded. PayPal refunded my money from this Idiot! NEVER AGAIN"

When I wanted to return this product for an exchange I sent an email and left hundreds of messages and he never replied to me. He is a liar and I hope no one will buy from him after reading my review."
"Worst on-line customer service I've ever experienced. Placed my order 8 days ago. Payment was confirmed. No email confirming my order. No notification of shipment. I'm still in the dark. Placed 3 calls to him during normal business hours and got voice mail. Emailed him 3 times and no response. And he purports exceptional customer service and shipping within 24 hours? Laughable at best. I thought I would give him a try based on the positive reviews and comments. What a mistake. Nobody picks up the phone, voicemail is always full, and fax line is always busy, even after official business hours. Return policy is not stated anywhere. Kensfish is known for good prices, but buy at your own risk. There is no customer service whatsoever."
"Ken's Fish is great! Wide assortment of products at low prices. Fast shipping, packed very good & wonderful customer service - really care about you as a customer. I've placed at least 4 orders. On one order the shipper mangled the box & slightly damaged one item. Ken's was great, made things right quickly with 1 phone call & no hassles. Love that!!
Best freeze-dried Superba Krill I've found - large pieces with minimal fines. Ingredient list on most of his own branded flake foods are superb. Get a LOT for the money. Sometimes I get a freebie sample of fish food which is always nice & appreciated.
One area of improvement would be to make sure to reply to emails. I sometimes end up having to call. Every time I've called someone answered & was helpful so that's very good.
Ken's is my go-to place for fish stuff. Highly recommend!!"
