"I received my inoperable K-Classic Certified Refurbished Coffee Maker - Black on 11/04/21. I have since called them 4 times and sent one email and as of 11/13/21, no response, no refund and no shipping label to return their defective unit. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!"
"I have been a Keurig customer for several years and have been very satisfied with their products and the fast delivery, but I have not always been satisfied with trying to place an order. They are frequently sending discount codes to my email, but when I have tried to use them, they don't always apply a discount. when I called Keurig they either corrected my order price or they explained why the discount wasn't applicable. It would be easier if there was an explanation on their website when ordering. I recently tried to order items from the rewards catalog and again the discount didn't apply. I called Keurig......NO ANSWER.....That did not impress .... On the second call, I was placed on hold twice for several minutes before the problem was corrected. I think I will check out Amazon next time when ordering K-cups. Keurig can keep their reward points....."
"I have been ordering coffee from Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (now Keurig.com) since the early 1990s. I love their Breakfast Blend and have had it auto delivered since 1991. However, after a gradual but noticeable decline in the quality of their customer service, I am done with this company. My most recent order, allegedly "shipped" on December 8, has been in FedEx limbo for a week and a half and Keurig cannot say why and is not eager to help. This is simply the most egregious example of their abysmal shipping. Coffee "ships" on a date but does not actually leave the warehouse until 2 or 3 days later and arrival date is anybody's guess. All they are interested in is selling their overpriced Keurig Brewers and K-cups. They are the worst. "
"I have been spent thousands of dollars at this site on coffee over the last 5 years, loyally accumulating points so I could get a discount on a new brewer once I accumulated 1000 points. However, several months ago, they were out of stock on both brewers that were part of the program. They told me the next month they would be available. Now one of the brewers is not even part of the program and the other is still "out of stock". I asked for a discount on another brewer and they refused. I asked to speak to someone higher up and that person told me that I just have to wait. It has been months now that I have been patiently waiting and continuing to be loyal to this company. I have over 4000 points and they still will not give me the discount on any of their brewers. There are sites that charge much less for the same coffee but this company charges a premium due to the loyalty program which they do not honor. It is bait and switch. Do not buy from this company. They are overpriced, do not honor their loyalty program and have very poor customer service."
