"We purchased an Ironman Adventure Elliptical trainer from Costco. We were very pleased with the product until Nov 7, when a loud noise began on each revolution. The one year warranty led to Keys Fitness. On Nov 10th, the Keys rep was very accommodating and said a service tech would call within 72 hours and a parts order had been created. He said I should see parts within 7-10 business days. A technician never called so I called them on Nov 17. I received a message saying they are moving and can begin taking calls on Nov 24. On Nov 24, their message said they will take calls on Dec 8th. On Dec 8th, their message says they will take calls on Dec 15th. They have not responded to emails. During this delay, I disassembled the product and know what failed: a sealed bearing in the left petal tube. I could easily fix the unit if I could get this part. We are likely to return this product to Costco for a refund. That is unfortunate as we really liked the product and returning it is a hassle."

"I have to concur with the other review. I received a treadmill from KeysFitness and it was broken straight out of the box. It has been a nightmare to arrange service. Keys states they have contacted service people who are the ones not calling, but I really don't care. It appears the drive motor, belt and personal fan are all broken. Not exactly high a high quality product for the price you pay. It appears their products are good while they work, but do not expect to recieve service under warranty in a timely manner (or at all). "

"I ordered one of this companies treadmills. It worked for a few months, then the motor smoked, literally. So I place a service call. I received used replacement motor and a cracked motor fan. After contacting the company again, I was told another motor would be sent out and a technician would contact me. Weeks later, no motor. I called again and this time received two motors. Still, no technician.

I was referred to the company that handles the repairs and was told that they have never received a service call for my treadmill form Keys Fitness.

So here is it going on four months and all I have is a broken treadmill, a broken replacement motor and fan and two replacement motors.

The treadmill was good while it lasted. The service is abysmal.
