"I bought Windows 11 key on black Friday with all my new parts to build a new pc. I had to wait on PSU and M2 SSD drive to finish the build. When I got everything setup and tried to enter the Windows 11 key it said it was already used on another device. I sent and email to support and with in 4 hrs I got a response. Later they asked me to send the screen shots of the key being entered to make sure I had not entered it wrong and they wanted a screen shot of the error from MS. They then sent me a new Key and it worked. I was surprised they responded so quick. My advice and theirs is to purchase."

"Envío rápido de la licencia y precio razonable a pesar de las limitaciones de ser una licencia OEM.
Por contra, no le doy 5* por dos motivos:
- El 1º porque al instalar la licencia me dio ERROR DE ACTIVACION indicando que se había sobrepasado el nº de instalaciones permitidos por la licencia ¿? .... cuando era la primera y única vez que la instalaba. Tuve que contactar telefónicamente con Microsoft y después de casi media hora al teléfono conseguí que me la activasen telefónicamente.
- El 2º porque en otra compra de otra licencia para otro PC, enviaban un link de descarga para el Office 2021 "
