"On 12/15/23 I ordered a software bundle that included Win11 Pro. As I was preparing to install Win11 Pro on my new laptop which came pre-loaded with Win11 Home, I noticed in the fine print 'for clean install only'. "I bought a licence for MS Office 2021. Althought the product appears as activated when looking at account settings, when I open any Office app I get an error message saying that Microsoft couldn't validate the product key and repairing MS Office via Control Panel is suggested. I have run the app repair process many time but I am still getting the same error when opening any Office app.

I contacted customer service and after exchanging emails for more than a week and them sugesting workarounds on how to fix the issue, which was never fixed, I asked for refund. They refused to provide refund, despite the fact that Office apps never worked so far.

I am very disappointed with their customer service noy being able to recommend a working solution to my issue and also not providing refund, and would therefore strongly recommend people to stay away!"
