"DO NOT ORDER FROM KEYTOI! My story is as follows:
Ordered a leather hand strap for my DSLR. Item was and still is listed as being in stock.
Ordered on a Wednesday morning and selected 3 day shipping so I could have it by Monday or Tuesday (at the latest) the next week. I immediately received a conformation of my order and a confirmation of them charging the card I paid with.
After 24 hours I messaged the company (via their website) to check on the status of my order, hoping that it had been shipped and the tracking info was just slow coming through. I received no response to my message. After another day (now Friday, 2nd business day) I call the company to track down the status of my order. After listening to hold music for 15 minutes (automatically went to hold, not even a computer voice)I am redirected to the voicemail because nobody is answering the phone. I leave a voicemail in the morning, and by the end of the day I have still yet to hear anything from the company other than they have charged my credit card.
On Monday (a full 3 business days after ordering, 5 days actual time) I call again and same story, no answer, hold music, voicemail. I email them via their website stating that I expect to hear from them within 48 hours regarding my order or they can go ahead and refund me the money they already have charged me. As usually with everything on their website, within 3 minutes of submitting the email, I got an automated response saying "we'll get back to you as soon as we can".
It's now Tuesday, my item should have been delivered by now, but that would have required the company to actually care at all about their customers. I expect that I will never actually hear back from the company in response to any of my voicemails, messages or emails. I also expect that I will never receive my order and that I will never be refunded the money that was charged to my credit card.
DO NOT ORDER FROM KEYTOI! You give them money for a product, they give you silence and nothing else back."

Keytoi's web page showed it as "In stock" when I ordered, and they charged my credit card right away, but soon after the order they wrote a nice personal email saying it was in fact not in stock, and would not likely be in stock any time soon. Call me naive, but I expect companies to do what they say they will do, and if they take an order marked In Stock, I want it shipped right away. It's been more than a week and there's no signs the item is coming, and they apparently have charged my credit card. "
