They don’t understand business

"Ordered 6 pks Knorr sweet corn and chicken soup mix. They sent six packs of hot and sour vegetable soup mix. When I asked them to send what I had ordered they pretty much said for me to send back the product at my expense and then they might send what I ordered. We went around and around and they told me that they would pay me the product price plus the shipping price which is about the same around eight dollars for a total of 16+ dollars. Then they only put eight dollars as a refund. I could not get them to understand the concept that I shouldn’t have to pay any part of what I did not order and they sent. I wouldn’t do business with them again"

BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

"I would give the 0 stars if there was an option. I recently purchased some cooking sauces online from this place and some other items. All the item were expired or soon to be expired. I called them for a exchange or refund and the guy proceeded to curse me out and disrespect me. This is absolutely not how you run a business. From the looks of it they have been scamming people for awhile now. BBB needs to shut this place down ASAP!!"

Dented, Rusty Canned Goods that Expired in less than 4 months

"I ordered the 3-pack of Alphonso Mango Pulp cans. The cans arrived dented (all), rusty on the lids (all) and all three expired less than four months from now. I contacted customer service and was offered a ten percent ($1.44) discount, or a full refund if I paid shipping back to them, having already paid shipping TO me (for a total of $16.00 in shipping costs, or $1.50 more than the cans themselves cost me). When I asked the company to reconsider its policy, I was told the product was "normal" for its kind. Um.....no, that's not normal. "

"Poor service very ignorant staff unprofessional crooks.they sent me imprtial order not by priority which I paid for and also the items were not sealed which makes it unsafe for use. I don’t trust them at all their crooks scammers and rude and these products may not be what I’ve ordered it has no seal. Contact the Secretary of State website look up llc direct advert elmont or khana pakana nothing comes up their not even licensed to be in business .leas than 0 rating"

They do not keep stock. Charge your card and don't refund the amount

"They do not keep stock. Charge your Credit card and don't refund the amount even after 3 weeks.
A complaint lodged with credit card company and Consumer affairs Attorney General Office NY State.

They Don't pick up phone ***-***-****, just put voice attended system to pretend there are plenty of people and plenty of department in their office.

Actually the shop seems to be one man show, mostly fraudulent transactions.

Horrible Experience

"Have had a very bad experience with them. Tried ordering a lot of stuffs from them and after a week they email that these items are not available and we have shipped the remaining items and the refund will be processed for the itmes which were not shipped. They don’t even call and ask the customer that does he want the remaining items or not. And then it has been almost 10 days since they have processed the refund and still I can’t see it in my statement. And whenever I call the customer care, they are not even cooperating. They say that the call is being recorded and you are threatening us to write bad reviews. I told them that whatever is the truth I am going to let others know about it.

After that when I receive the shipment, the packaging was damaged and since it was food stuff, it was all around the other packets in the same shipment. And then the same stuff was all around my carpet at home. Would never ever choose to order from this website. And I would never recommend anyone else to do so.

"very rude customer care. I ordered ProtienX 3 pack and so far no response from them and they do not even publish the dates of shipment and delivery when you book any product. And you will be asked to go and check their terms and conditions of shipment."

"They don’t sent what you order and they sent less product than mention on order I order 22 lbs floor
They sent only 10 lbs 2 bags and said the ten lbs bag is more expensive not to mention sent me 2 lbs less that is

Unprofessional Behavior

"Be careful while ordering with these people. Although the website does mention free delivery without any specific weight limit, however on placing the order they ask for extra money for the delivery charges.
On placement of order, there was no status tracking even after 10 days of placing order and I had to vigorously follow-up with them. Considering the unacceptable delay and additional delivery charges, I had to cancel the order. Even for refund, they kept delaying for more than a week's time.
So be cautious while ordering anything with them.
P.S : The only fastest thing about the website is unfruitful replies to phone calls and emails from customer care.

KHANA PAKANA needs a good manager or a new owner URGENTLY !!!

"The impression I have about this shop is that it is managed by one people with many "hats". So he takes care of the website, product advertising, purchasing merchandise, packing, shipping and processing credit card returns. His/her working hours are 10:00 am to 11am and the rest of the time watches video movies because certainly does not do anything... Ordered from them, five days later they tell me that there are two items not available, that they will give me a refund... almost 3 weeks have gone by and NO merchandise and NO refund... I have contacted the BBB in New York and they said will look into it with the City and State authorities."

Old Spices and Worse

"They sent spices that were two years old, some with no dates and some with *no labels*! I tried to contact them to return the spices and they ignored my email. Later they responded but said the time period for returns had expired. There's some irony that they said the spices would be good for five years, but the return expires in 15 days!!!

I disputed the charge on my credit card. Then I finally heard from someone. He tried to do damage control and said he would send me a return shipping label, but I've never seen it.

Every time I contact them they put my name on their email advertising list. I unsubscribe and as soon as I have more contact with them again they put me back on the list.

Avoid this company like the plague! Do you really want to eat anything from a company that cares so little about customers?

"Nonsense store. They show items not available. Horrible customer service. Cancel order without any notice. Don't apply refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I wonder how do they even operate in New York. I am surprised the government hasn't sealed this store. Never buy anything from them. Worst store ever encountered."
