I knocked off one star because of the huge mistake early on in the shipping cost and for some hiccups in the communication process between me and their website. The shipping was originally posted at around $20 but then a few days later I got an email saying that the shipping was wrong because the part was very large and updated to around $200 (more than the actual part).
