I was advised the request can't be done via email and I'd have to wait until the part arrived so I could request an RMA. Once the part arrived I requested an RMA and to my surprise it was DENIED citing no electronic components could be returned. The part was still in the original packaging and was never used or even touched. Again, I tried to cancel this order BEFORE the part even shipped. Very dissatisfied with this company and their unprofessional business practices. "
