"i ordered a rear bumper replacement for my car . I paid nearly 300 dollars with shipping. I thought great, can’t wait to fix my car. 5 to 7 business days and I should receive it.... two business weeks after, I receive an email telling me there needs to be an additional shipping charge because of the the size of the item? No missed call. No voicemail. Through an EMAIL.. and it’s not even something acceptable like 10 , 20 , 30 ,40 , 50 dollars for shipping.Its nearly 170$ of additional shipping. Who does this ? Never in my life have I had a more backwards experience. And now I have to wait to get my money another 3-5 business days .... SO you have my parts replacement # down to the t but you don’t know how much the part weighs when I pay for it. B S . THANKS KIA PARTS . I can only imagine how many people simply pay these sneak up shipping costs and fees. YOU DIDNT GET ME KIA PARTS NOW. and you gained one hell of a bad review.And I love to talk, I will spread the word about this website. The best part was asking to have my money refunded .
