"Out of all the other Kia parts online stores, i prefer kiapartsnow.com over all hands down. They have thee best diagrams I've seen online and it makes purchasing the correct parts sooooo easy. The prices are decent, a lot cheaper than going to the parts department at the dealership and getting charged double. There are two reasons why i did not give a 5 star rating, one is because the shipping times, don't get me wrong, the shipping is just fine when you order a few typical parts but when you need to order a bunch of random nuts and bolts and clips, then the shipping takes quite a bit longer than usual. Second reason is the shipping prices, they can get a bit pricey depending on your order, sometimes the shipping can cost more than the parts you are buying. Still a very good place to shop if you need Kia parts, especially if you need a bunch of odd parts that your local parts stores don't just keep on hand."

Their customer support is very unsatisfactory. This company does not believe in t a client to vendor relationship and believes that it is okay to have you wait for an order you purchased for 2-3 weeks.

No attempt from any manager nor supervisor was made for me to not return a product I ordered and stated: "Our company system works this way, and we cannot offer you any discounts or promotions".

If that doesn't say it all to you, then I don't know what will.

I asked for a refund and, as stated above, was quickly granted it after having to wait 5 days, for the order they lost/misplaced, to come to my destination.

Calling customer service is a waste of time, all they do is put you on hold and pass the puck to other representatives. Only 3 people work there!; POOR structural organization. The representatives play the role of customer support supervisors, & RMA managers.
