Prices are still good but because of a known bug in their shipping calculations, you may have to spend $100+ more for shipping than quoted. I had to pay an additional $150 because the parts are oversized. It seems since they know this they could fix their shipping quote.

I have been waiting on my order for 13 days to be shipped. It wasn't until I complained that any action was taken.

I still have had no formal response from KIAPARTSNOW saying they were sorry for the nearly 2 week delay or explaining why there was a delay.

This is what poor customer service looks like.

Good price, good website.

I ordered parts and the shipping shows to be around $60 but I know from the last time I placed this order that the shipping costs will be a $100 more than what is quoted.

This means I will get a call from KiaPartsNow asking if I will accept the additional charge for shipping. This delays my order from shipping.

Since KiaPartsNow knows of this problem with calculating shipping cost, why haven't they fixed it. It has been over two months since this problem occurred the first time."
