"The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.
My order arrived quickly."
"very poor customer service "
"great site - allows to review items on drawings and order from there.
Doesn't take a NASA engineer to solve the issue."
"I have used KiaPartsNow.com several times for various parts and accessories. They have a wonderful selection, competitive prices and super fast delivery!"
"This seller really helped with my ordering online experience. I wasn't sure what several of the items were actually called and the expanded diagrams helped tremendously. I was able to repair the damage to my son's Kia myself and save several hundred dollars from the body shop estimate."
"To find out that my rear brake did not fit but the kia web page said it does. I contact Kiapartsnow, on how to return it. Finally got it ship out but don’t have confirmation if the received the part or not; and I don’t know if I got the refund or not. So now I have to check my billing statement to confirm it. It would be nice if they can let me know and follow up on finding the correct part number for me. "
"Exactly what we needed to keep our Kia going! Thanks!"
"Bought a new Sportage but needed all weather mats. Dealer prices were, ahem, a tad high. KiaPartsNow had the items in stock for better price, even after shipping costs (which were bargain basement compared to other online parts places). It was an easy decision and the stuff was there in a week. Good price, good service. "
"Kia oem parts at a great price, quick delivery."
"Received in perfect condition exactly what I ordered!
"
"Intuitive website; quick to get to the part I needed."
"I used kiapartsnow.com to purchase a fuel rail for my 2012 Kia Sedona. The website guaranteed it to fit my vehicle. The website claims to ship within 1-3 days. The part that arrived did NOT fit my vehicle and it took over 10 days to arrive. Keep in mind that this is the only family vehicle we have so I had to rent another car for every day we wasted waiting on the part to arrive. I contacted customer service to figure out how to rectify the situation. At that point they explained to me that i need to use my vin number to ensure the correct part. I get that, but why have the option to search if you know it's not accurate? I contained my anger and frustration and asked to get the correct part expedited, no matter the cost. (since I was paying $100/day for a rental). They wouldn't accommodate me. They refused to expedite shipping so I was forced to go to a kia dealership to purchase the correct part. Now that I returned the incorrect part, they refuse to give me a refund because they claim the part I returned was from the dealership i purchased the correct part from! How could the part be on my vehicle and simultaneously returned to them?
I caution anyone that tries to purchase from this website. Be very careful, because they will SCREW YOU at every possible moment. I will NEVER use this site again. "
"You are helping me save my kia that was in a car accident. Thank you kindly"
"All other sites would find everything from muffler bearings to hyper_kanutin_valves with my "key" word. www.kiapartsnow.com allowed me to actually find my part.
The look up page showed my VIN so I will assume the color of the parts I ordered is correct.
I will wait for parts to arrive in mail before I make my final judgement.
The S & H + tax is about what I had calculated. "
"I couldn't change the shipping option to overnight, even though I really needed to."
"I used my car's VIN but still had a question about it being the right part. "Customer service" couldn't help over the phone because they don't offer phone support, only email and I tried that."
“Hello,
We apologize if this was of an inconvenience to you. Our representatives can only assist in providing information regarding order status, parts availability, help in returns, and general policy information. Unfortunately we are unable to assist in identifying part numbers you need over the phone or live chat as this service is only available via email. Email responses typically take 24-48 hour for a response.”
A rep from KiaPartsNow.com, GeorgeGPG, has responded:
“The Kia tag on the part returned showed that the part was originally sold from Kia dealership in Texas. This order shipped from a Kia dealership in Nevada. We provided photo evidence showing so. We are unable to issue refunds for parts that were not sold through us. In the chat transcript, you also admitted to possibly returning our part with the packaging from the part that came from Texas. If this is the case, the part would still be non returnable as it is missing its original packaging. The packaging from Texas would be a different part number than what was sold to you through us and would cause a mismatch in the part number. We apologize we were unable to accommodate your situation. ”
