"I chose Kiapartsnow because they claimed to ship most orders in 1-3 days. Well, I find that hard to believe when ALL 7 of the parts I ordered were not in stock and had to be ordered. They don't give any indication until you've ordered, that this is really just a parts department at a dealership (I think). And they behave about the same as my local dealership's service dept. - unresponsive and leave it up to you to chase them for information. ive asked for some kind of clue as to what's going on, via email, but keep getting an auto-response saying they'll respond to me the next business day. I ordered on the 19th. Afterwards they emailed with an ETA of July 24 for the parts. Except the cheapest most ridiculous part, which I ordered on a whim. A rubber casing/cover for the door jamb switch. That part was ETA 27th of July. And they hold all shipment till its in. Well I've been asking them to please just ship my order. I'll pay for the rubber casing, but I don't want it. I just want them to ship my other supposedly ready parts, and I'll still pay for the cover, but they can keep it. No response. I did get a response from their chat one time, and they WERE able to cancel one item, after I complained that I was desperate for the part and had to have it overnighted from another supplier (since they hadn't ever updated my order since the start - still says, "preparing for shipping") so that earned them a star... But for now I'll still say 2 stars total. I guess it could be random, but I still find it very strange that every one of my ordered parts were not in stock, and other reviews all seem to say they live up to the promise of shipping in 1-3 days.
