"I needed a turn signal switch for my Kia Sportage, so I decided to try KiaPartsNow.com. I entered in my vehicle information; and the system recommended a turn signal switch which it said was an "exact match." When I received the part and tried to connect it, I found that one of the connectors didn't match. Also, it had an extra cable which the original did not have. I contacted their support, only to find that I couldn't return it because it was an electrical component. Although I understand the potential problems with returned electrical parts, I found it infuriating that I couldn't return or exchange a part their system recommended. I had planned to make KiaPartsNow.com a primary source for my parts. Now, I can safely say that I won't purchase from them again."
