They cook their 'life time warranty' into the lifetime of the loan ultimately making the car a lot more expensive than what is advertised. After doing the calculations on multiple cars that we looked at, ultimately we were just too far away from the price we had in mind."

"The order confirmation clearly showed the correct shipping address. However, Kia of Cerritos shipped it to the billing address, which was different. Fortunately, the latter address was local, so it didn't take too long to get somebody there to claim it. Otherwise, I would've let them return to sender. Good sale, tho'."
