"The shipping was incredibly expensive, but I really wanted the part so I was willing to eat the expense. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong part (not their fault), and I wanted to ship it back. However, there was no return label. Let's do some math here; the part was 24 dollars, the shipping was 15 and it would cost me 15 to ship it back (They don't pay for return shipping). Even though I'm returning the part, i'm still losing about 6 bucks. What is the point of returning if i'm still losing money anyways. I was not very happy. So, since they don't have a phone number (another red flag) I emailed them. They said that they could not do anything for me except waive the restocking fee (are you kidding you were gonna charge me MORE money?). This is a terrible business model! So, PLEASE go somewhere else for your kia parts. Do not use this website as they have a horrible return policy. I mean, what credible business makes you pay to return a part or anything for that matter. "

"Ordered 6 Mud Guard Screws and some Sport Pedals. They emailed me and told me the pedals were not available and asked if I wanted the screws. Told them yes and just adjust my invoice. Then they email to say it will be 4-5 more days for shipping the screws because they are backordered, that was the the 28th of July. Finally on 5 August I receive an email that the screws have shipped. 6 Screws and a key chain by First Class US Mail (4 Ounce Package). Cost for shipping? $14.26.
