Processing is fast and shipping is great (everything came as expected in a bubble-wrapped air-mail envelope). Plus I received my order a lot faster than expected (maybe b/c I'm close to the Canadian border)
Add to that EXCELLENT customer service / refunds. I had to cancel an order that had not yet shipped - and bam! done. Didn't have to pay a dime either (stores like modchip.ca charge $15 for cancellations... yuck)
Prices are some of the best I've seen around - you're not always getting the "lowest" price, but it's usually pretty close.
