I started by a back and forth to ensure Kick Gaming would ship to Japan where I am currently visiting my in-laws for 5 weeks. Through some so-so customer service back and forth (I have the emails) I ascertained that they do ship to Japan. Great!

I placed my order. I didn't heard anything for the next few days. I was checking my email and hoping for a "Your order has shipped email." It didn't come. But no news is good news, right?

My wife and I went on a mini-vacation to Hokkaido for a week. On the third day of our trip (6 days into the order) I received a notice from Kickgaming asking why I lived in the US but was shipping to Japan. Frustrated I explained my situation and that I had asked in advance.

Then nothing. Five days later, the 8th, I sent an email asking for an update. Nothing.

Finally, today, on the 10th, I get a "Your Order Has Shipped," email. Now understand this is 13 days into a 7-15 shipping time frame. If I was staying for less time than I am I would have missed the product entirely. To be honest, if they take 15 days from now I might still miss it.

Horrible back and forth and horrible service internationally."
