"Still on the fence about this store. Not very happy with the speed though. I ordered my product on Dec. 30, received an email that said it was processed on the 31st(made an order 1st cancelled, kick said to reorder with the correct product, which is what I did). I paid for express shipping(1-4 days). Received an email from kick stating that the order had been processed, again, and gave a tracking number. Checked the tracking number to see status and it was shipped Expediated(which would have cost me about $5 less to get shipped). It is Jan. 19th and still have not received the order. Not too happy. EDIT: I recieve the order the day after posting this Jan. 20th. Although it took "alot" longer then expected or then originally paid for, all seems to work fine. Also I received an email from Kickgaming explaining the mixup and they also told me that the refunded the amount of my shipping+ for the inconvenience. I have recommended to friends. And am very satisfied with the Service!!!"

"I was looking for a particular item all over the web, but found the best available deal at kickgaming.com. The item was out of stock, and was $23.99 ($29.99 originally). Even though the item was out of stock, when they were in stock again they still shipped it out to me for the $23.99 price!!!
