"I placed my order early Monday morning at 2am and my order status went from processing to processed by 8am. I had a problem with my credit card and called the company but no body answered so I left a message as the matter was urgent but I received no reply by the end of business on Monday which is very unacceptable. This store has poor customer service skills so don't expect much from them if you have a problem.
I was expecting my order to ship today but they have not done so yet even though I paid via bank transfer which deposits the funds in their account instantly unlike a credit card (which i had problems with on their website) and I sprung for express shipping for which I assumed my order would ship the same day as I ordered very early.. Overall somewhat dissatisfied with my service... Will not be giving them any repeat business as the key to a good business is customer service and this place has none... A 5 minute phone call would have resolved my issue and kept me happy and would have guaranteed a repeat customer...

"I ordered from Kick Gaming (they are now called like that) on the 16th because I heard only good things about them.
Unfortunately I guess I've been on the wrong day because I'm really disapointed right now.
1) The final price was about $10-15 higher than other places but since they are a Canadian company located near Toronto and I'm in Quebec City, I didn't mind because of they suposedely great service and shipping wouldn't be long.
2) They didn't ship in the advertised 36 hours, but after 4 days, on a sunday (very odd...)
3) Never got a tracking number, I e-mailed them about it and got an awnser today saying I'd be receiving it today, it's 8:05PM right now (same timezone) and still nothing... It's been 3 days since shipped
4)They only awnsered 1 of my 4 e-mails in a week, although one was about an error and they fix in 12 hours, but still no awnser.
I should be getting my order tomorrow, on the 24th and I hope everything will be okay...
EDIT, evening of the 24th: No package (wich hits post canada's Ontario->Quebec 3 or 4 days delay), no tracking number. I sent another e-mail today. If no news tomorrow, I'm opening a case with my CC company
EDIT 25h: I recevied the tracking number (4 times actually) about 15 minutes after threatening them. It was indeed shipped on the 19th with Expeditied Parcel. Delivery date was for the 23th. Looks like Canadapost lost my package (they told me to start a claim on the phone). The only info the tracking says is "received on the 19th".
EDIT26th: Yup, they are gonna start a claim for lost package, should be done in 5 business days. They are now quick to awnser, I think I must've ordered on the wrong week.
EDIT : Yeah I forgot to update it here. You re-shipped? I thought it just came late (claim ipened on friday and package received on tuesday) so it's pretty fast. Thanks guys!"

My package must have hit the planes at the right times because it shipped on Friday and I got it Monday. Talk about fast. Got exactly what I wanted and works perfectly. I highly recommend them.
Update. I am still testing the product and had 1 day with some issues. Kicktrading is polite and quick to reply. They offered to exchange if needed. But it's working fine now, so I think I am all good. Great people to talk to."
