"BEWARE! You can only correspond with these people via email which is only sometimes returned. They will not provide me with a shipping date or tracking number for the order they say shipped over a week ago which I haven't received. Their 'standard' shipping, come to find out, is parcel post. (who ships parcel post???) Their customer service is horrendous and rude- Highly unprofessional and I am not sure I will ever see the item I ordered over 14 days ago! Won't do business with again."

"I ordered Tumblers, and after 2 weeks, they were not shipped. They replied to my email that they were not all in yet. After that email, they would not return my subsequent emails (where I questioned when they may become available). The website states that you can call them, but the # is just a voice mailbox for orders only. My final email was to cancel the order and they finally responded "It is cancelled". Never have I dealt with such a rude company."
