Recently I had a problem where UPS screwed up the delivery of an item. UPS claimed it was dropped off at my front door - it wasn't. Kinesis spent a lot of time contacting UPS, contacting me, etc trying to figure out what happened. Amazingly good customer service, keeping me informed of the progress of the investigation. Eventually, the product showed up on my doorstep. I'm guessing that UPS just delivered to the wrong place."

"Ordered a complete belt system from this company. The items arrived on time and the packaging was adequate. My order consisted of a water bottle pouch, a junk drawer pouch, a large black belt, 2 small lens pouches and a film organizer. One of the belt clips was missing in the order however the customer service at Kinesis is fantastic! They shipped out a new clip overnight and I had it in time for a weekend trip. The belt system is as good as I've read about on other ratings sites. great quality and very adaptable."
