The fountain is dark copper with clear glass & I love the tranquil atmosphere the sound of water brings to my office. I feel like I'm working at the beach with water cascading down upon the rocks. I put on soft jazz instrumental music and WOW, you cannot ask for a better work environment! "I just purchased my 4th fountain from Kinetic Fountains a couple of weeks ago and this is my 2nd large wall fountain. Everyone that comes over to my house loves my fountains. The calm and peaceful sounds of the water surrounds you when you walk in my front door. I had a question about installing this fountain since it was the largest one that I purchased and the owner personally called me and walked me step by step to insure that I installed it correctly. Now customer service doesn't get better than that. This is definitely not my last fountain that I will add to my collection. "NEVER BUY from Kinetic Fountains. I paid $490 for a fountain. The pump of the fountain was defective and made too noise. I tried to discuss to customer service. Nancy DeHart from the customer service said that they can ship me a new pump, BUT they will need to charge me for a pump and shipping cost. It's crazy. I first time see a such irresponsible company. They give no other options besides to buy something else. Only their profit. DO NOT BUY FROM THE KINETIC FOUNTAINS. They don't take any responsibility for their products."
"just be sure you want what you order, I paid 199.00 for a fountain, didn't like it, didn't open it, returned it UPS...who said, there's no charge to return a refused item and with all the fees got a refund of 114.00. I'm sure they will resale that same item in the same box, so they made a 85.00 profit, and believe it or not the fountain will probably be available on QVC for about that price! Free shipping is not really free, if you send it back they make you pay it. Just know what you want when you order from them, because a change of mind will cost you! I took the hit, because I didn't want to be reminded of a purchase I didn't want every time I sat on my patio!"

"I ordered a fountain for my mother for Christmas (with 10 days lead time) for an item that showed that it would ship the following day. It finally shipped 1 week later and is due to arrive 1 week following Christmas (arggh!). The "customer service" girl (I use the term loosely) said that it was "really no one's fault" and that there was nothing they can do. Total false advertising and I won't order from them again."

"They promise same-day delivery on items they cannot deliver. Their website indicated an item was in stock and would ship same day. The day after I completed my order, they emailed me to say it was back-ordered and would be received in their warehouse in approximately 1-2 weeks. I asked them to cancel the order because of this. Later I went back to their site and the item was still showing as same-day shipping."
