"Ordered a mag ext tube for an **** SG and some o-rings. Sent a M/O within hours of the order. 20 days go by, no communication. I e-mail, no response. I wait a week, nothing, call, no answer, just V/M. I fire off e-mails to all 3 contacts, tech, sales and Joey's. Sometime after that, I get an automated e-mail that my item has shipped. I click the link, nothing, copy the tracker and went USPS, their site says the tracker is generated but waiting for the product. This goes on for a week, as of today, still no product, tracking still says waiting on product. F this guy, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM. HE IS A THIEF."
"Ordered several parts on 11/08/16 and received all but one part (a delrin follower)that the shipping order said was in a second package. It is now 01/21/17 and I have not received the part or an answer to my four or five emails and several phone calls. At this point a refund would be nice. However, I think I won't receive the refund or part or answer from them as they must have all died in a horrible industrial accident such as a lathe or mill exploded sending shrapnel all over the building or irate customers causing their computer or answering machine to over heat and set the building on fire."
"Ordered a Mag extension and spring for my **** MP-A semi-auto shotgun . Part came but will not fit properly making the mag extension useless. Sent 5 emails with no response, called to leave messages but voicemail always full. It's been a month and no response. Will keep trying but it'll likely be a waste of time and money. Almost $80 for nothing.

"This company is selling parts for various weapons on their website. Google King Armory Mfg LLC. The problem is they are selling parts they do not have. I ordered a KA-LE01 magazine extension on 9-11-2015. I have yet to see it, 5 months later. They charged my credit card on 9-14-2015. Most reputable businesses do not bill you until the product is shipped. They do not respond to emails or voice messages, you can't get a live person. I consider their business practices simply fraud, if not outright theft. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I am currently pursuing my options for resolution. "

"Everyone STAY AWAY from King Armory Mfg. I purchased an item (KA-1212BRB) that is in-stock on the website on 7/15/13. It is now 8/14/13 and still haven't received the product. Website terms and conditions states that credit cards will be charged when product ships. My credit card was charged on 7/15/13 and posted 7/17/13. I have called 3 times and emailed 4 times to inquire if my order was lost or if they are still processing my order. They never return my calls or respond/reply to my emails requesting order updates. I am very disappointed with King Armory's customer service and professionalism. I can't comment on quality of their products since I never received my order. If I can get their products elsewhere I will purchase it, but definitely will not purchase directly from King Armory again. Communication goes a long ways for me. If they were to just tell me that there's a delay or they are still processing my order, that would not be a big deal as long as they are still communicating. But at this moment I feel that they just ripped me off. I will give them another week to respond. If not, then I will contact my credit card company to get my money back. "
