King of Swindle,thats what they should call themselves.
My order was placed in December 22,2007!The log in for this complaint will only go as far back as 2008.
KOS knew they didn't have the item in stock but took my $163.80 anyway.In Aug.2008,I canceled my order because KOS was making the same excuses that I have read on other complaints.
"Lost order number,lost card info and costoms have prolonged dilivery".It's all on my account at KOS web site and on my emails.
Item I ordered:SL8 Metal Gearbox AEG by Both Elephant.
Fast forward to MARCH 2009 and no refund!

May 2010,I've reported this company to the BBB some time after my dealings with KOS.The BBB was ignored by King of Swords.An investigation on KOS were being made but there is no chance on getting my money back.But I still aided the investigation by giving all information with my dealings with KOS.If you have the time, do your part to stop this company from countinuing with their rip offs.

Marietta, GA 30062-5683. I ordered 12 knuckle dusters from this company. It took a complaint to the Atlanta Better Business Bureau and 6 weeks of waiting for them to ship HALF of my order and they only sent me half of the order along with a note that they were low on stock and they would send the other half of the order A.S.A.P. It has been 7 months since I placed my order and I still haven't received the second half of my order. Their customer service is non existent to say the least. They are scammers with a flashy website! "
"My husband ordered a sword from this company and paid with our credit card. It was supposed to be a gift in Feb. which is why he ordered so early to make sure it would arrive with plenty of time. After a couple weeks, we emailed to get status but were told the sword was coming through customs and that they would let us know when it would be shipping. As the date we needed it by neared, we contacted them again and were told they did not have an eta for a ship date. We figured we would wait a little longer since we really wanted the item. Another couple of weeks later, we emailed to have them cancel and refund us since they could not even supply a ship date. They told us they would credit us back asap but we have yet to see anything! I can't believe the complete lack of service, theft, and total disregard for their customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL ONLY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!"

"if you're doing a bit of research on king of swords i hope you realize that it's not a good idea and save yourself lots of frustratiion. i ordered an item from them at the beginning of january and after waiting a couple of months i tired of their excuses of why i wasn't receiving my order so i cancelled it and was told i'd be refunded my money. that was about 45 days ago and every week, sometimes everyday i have sent them requests for updates on my refund. all they say is that they will send their account people a request for my refund. doing business with the king of swords is just asking to be robbed. if i weren't in the United Kingdom i would pursue legal action against them. king of swords are thieves. "
"This has been a crappy ordeal for me. First of all, that buysafe bond you can get at the checkout is crap, because they didn't respond to my inquiries.
I ordered a sword at the beginning of October hoping to have it for Halloween and as an ornament later on. They were very quick in confirming my oder and taking my money, but then they went totally silent. It was only when I asked them a week later on the status of the shipment (by calling them and leaving a message, they won't let you talk to a real person), they replied saying that they were on backorder, and that they weren't going to be able to get it to me by Halloween, and then they canceled the order (which I asked them to do if they couldn't deliver on time). In the same message that they said they canceled my oder, they mentioned that they would refund me ASAP, which they have NOT done, and its over 2 weeks after the cancellation.
So the moral of the story is that they're very good at taking you money, and terrible at shipping items, letting customers know whats going on, and refunding. I'm calling my bank tomorrow."

"I too wish I had read about this store before having purchased. I normally do not do reviews, even what it's bad service... just don't have the time for it. But this store is beyond bad.
They charged my card, 10 days later without hearing from them, I asked my order to be canceled. They told me my order was canceled. Another two weeks and I do not see the refund. When I ask them, they tell me I must wait my turn to get a refund. What a joke.
I disputed with my cc company, I recommend you do the same."
"I really wish I had researched this company before I had ordered from them. I placed my order September 5th as a wedding present for my best man. The wedding came and went and after 2 months I decided to cancel my account and get a refund. That was December 26th. Its now been almost 3 months since I cancelled my order, they said they would return the money. I have emailed them, and left messages on their machine but they will no longer respond. Do not order from this company. They will just take your money and ignore you!"
"I placed and paid for this order in August of last year. I have been asking over and over for a refund since I NEVER received the merchandise from this company. At first they said they would refund my money as soon as possible. Over a year has past and still no refund. I let the company know that I no longer was interested in the merchandise since it has taken so long. The merchandise was supposed to be Christmas gifts for December of 2005.
This company will not respond to emails from myself, nor letters from the Better Business Bureau in their town. They think that I will go away. I will not!! They have my money and I want it back. As far as I am concerned these people have stolen from me. They have no sense of decency or fair business practices. I am now forced to seek legal methods of getting my money back."
