"This company has never sent me my merchandise. They refuse to even correspond with me. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in their town and they would not respond to the BBB either (complaint is on file). I have 2 orders the one mentioned above and another order number 100000015421220, placed on August 2, 2005. I have been begging them for my money over and over every month. I am now filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Stealing is ugly and unprofessional for companies and down right wrong. All I want is my money back. $464.70 and 254.75 respectively for each order. These people think that I will go away and stop bothering them, but I will not until I get my money back. I never received any merchandise. NEVER!! They owe me my money. It has been over 1 year. This is rediculous.

But several emails and a report to the BBB later, we still have no merchandise and no refund."
"I ordered and paid for two items from Kings Royal Imports in October 2005 and was told that the items would ship later that month. But one item didn't arrive until late December, and despite repeated inquiries, the second item still hasn't arrived as of May 8, 2006.
Update as of October 14, 2006: It has now been a year since I placed my order with Kings Royal, and the remaining item still hasn't arrived. "
"I originally placed my order for $447.10 worth of merchandise on 07/17/2005.
After numerous inquiries and having not received one single item from my order by 10/17/2005, I cancelled my order and requested a refund.
As of 12/11/2008 I have still not received a refund.
I have been forced to spend a great deal of time and effort pursuing other actions to try and obtain the money that Terry L. Jenks' unscrupulous company owes me.
